4. The app and payments

The Whybird iOS app is distributed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, which handles payment, receipts and refunds; we never receive your payment details. The terms of that sale are in our Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual property

The site and the app, their text, illustrations, the Whybird character and the brand are protected works. Reproduction outside the sharing features provided in the app requires our permission.

6. Personal data

We collect nothing through the app and set no cookies on this site. The detail — including your rights and how to exercise them — is in the Privacy Policy.

7. Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, write to hello@whybird.appfirst — most things are fixed that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and French consumers may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
